Elton John Jokes About All the Body Parts He’s Had Removed: “Not Much of Me Left”

At 77 years old, Elton John is still going strong, but according to him, there’s “not much” left of him—literally. Over the years, the legendary singer has undergone numerous medical procedures, and he recently opened up about just how much of him is missing these days.

During a screening of his upcoming documentary *Elton John: Never Too Late*, Elton humorously listed the body parts he’s had removed. “I don’t have tonsils, adenoids, or an appendix. I don’t have a prostate. I don’t have a right hip or a left knee or a right knee,” he said, joking about the toll his health has taken. “In fact, the only thing left to me is my left hip.”

Despite the surgeries and health challenges, Elton’s spirit remains as vibrant as ever. He assured fans, “But I’m still here. And I can’t thank you [enough], you’re the people that made me.”

Fans will be able to get a closer look at his journey in *Elton John: Never Too Late*, which is set to hit select theaters on November 15th and will be available to stream on Disney+ starting December 13th. The documentary dives into his storied life, music, and the incredible career that has spanned decades—even as he’s lost a few body parts along the way!
