Taylor Swift dropped her new album, ‘Midnights,’ on Friday and broke streaming records.

Among those listening to her new music was pop icon, Janet Jackson.

The track “Snow on the Beach” includes a shout-out to Jackson:  “But your eyes are flying saucers from another planet / Now I’m all for you like Janet / Can this be a real thing?  Can it?”

Janet posted a TikTok of herself grooving to the song.

Swift responded, writing, “I feel like I’m dreaming. I have so much love and gratitude for you and all you’ve done to inspire female artists everywhere.”
