Sweet Cecilia needs a home! She is about 1 year old and full of energy! This bundle of joy would be a great addition to any home. She gets along well with other dogs and everyone she meets.

We don’t know a lot about her background but a great way to help staff get to know the animals better is through their program “Paws Around P-Town.” Through this program, volunteers can take dogs out of the shelter for a field trip.
Field Trips can last anywhere from two hours to all day, and can include a trip to one of the fabulous parks in Hampton Roads, a trip to the beach, lunch at a pet-friendly restaurant, or even just a nap on the couch! This is a great way to get to know the pups outside of the shelter environment. Learn more here.
