Lyft Offers Free Rides in Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Williamsburg on Labor Day

Norfolk and Virginia Beach residents can receive a free ride on Labor Day from Drive Safe Hampton Roads and Lyft.

757 Sober Ride will be offered to residents 21 or older from 4 p.m. on Monday, September 5th, until 4:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 6th.

To participate, download the Lyft app and enter the 757 Sober Ride code in the app’s “Payment” tab (under the “Add Lyft Pass” option). The promo code will be posted at 3 p.m. on Monday 9/5, on their website.

In 2023, the program will expand to all cities in the Southside and Peninsula and will add additional holidays.
