Wheel of Fortune viewers were treated to three BIG shows recently.
Contestants Lisa Kramer, Mark Baer and Bree Yokouchi all took home the highest bonus prize possible- $100,000!
The consecutive big wins were a first for the game show. Host Pat Sajak told the audience on Tuesday, February 8th, “On yesterday’s show, we gave $100,000 in the Bonus Round. I checked the rules. It can happen two days in a row. Nothing says you can’t do that.”
“It’s never happened,” he added. “And wouldn’t you know it, I just sold all my confetti stock … There’s always something new around here, isn’t there?”

After the historic second win of $100,000, contestant Bree Yokouchi made it three in a row on Wednesday.
She correctly solved the last puzzle, which ironically read “just you wait,” and when Sajak opened the envelope it revealed another $100,000.
The longtime host quipped, “Who is booking my trip to Vegas?” before jokingly walking off the set.

Sajak addressed conspiracy theorists who believe that the success of game show contestants are rigged to increase viewings.
He wrote on Twitter, “A quick reminder to conspiracy theorists: thanks to the quiz show scandals of the 1950s, fixing a TV game show is a federal crime. I really like our players, and I’d like them all to win, but I draw the line at serving prison time.”
