This moment with Adele reuniting with a special teacher from her past is giving everyone all the feels.
During her ITV concert special An Audience with Adele at the London Palladium earlier this month, Emma Thompson asked if there was anyone from her childhood who left a lasting impression on her growing up.
Adele revealed it was her English teacher at Chestnut Grove, Ms. McDonald. She said, “She was so bloody cool. So engaging. She really made us care and we knew that she cared about us.”
Unbeknownst to Adele, Ms. McDonald was in the audience!
The former teacher and student shared a heartwarming reunion with Adele telling her, “You really did change my life.”
We all have that one teacher who changed our life… such a beautiful reunion! ❤️
*PS, would totally buy Alan Carr’s version of ‘Make You Feel My Love* 🤣@Adele #AnAudienceWithAdele https://t.co/2ZZI2RS0mI pic.twitter.com/hlTOOZKt5j
