Ariana Grande is set to star in the film adaptation of Wicked!  It’s a dream come true for the singer who tweeted back in 2011 about how ‘how badly’ she wanted to play Glinda the Good Witch at some point in her life.

Cynthia Erivo is set to star as Elphaba alongside Grande.

Erivo shared a photo of a pink and green floral arrangement that Grande had sent her with a note that read: “Dear Cynthia, honored doesn’t even begin to cover it. I cannot wait to hug you. See you in Oz.”
