Jennifer was born in Virginia Beach in the early 70's. She graduated from First Colonial High School, then George Mason University with a BA in Speech Communication. She began her radio career with Metro Traffic in 1994, then joined the morning team with radio veteran Joe Hoppel on WCMS in 1999. In 2003, she was heard on WFOG's morning show playing "oldies".
Jennifer has been loving life since "The Morning Wave" was born in September, 2005 with Dick and Paul. She is married to husband Matt and is mom to beautiful daughter Carly and young son Nicholas.
Her favorite things include hearing Carly's laugh, camping, chocolate malt milkshakes, thrift stores, spring flowers, autumn leaves and shopping. Favorite TV shows include "Seinfeld", "Friends", re-runs and anything on the Food Network. She likes WAVE artists like Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Boston, Sheryl Crow, Elvis and 80's hair bands. Jen's weird claim to fame has been to ride in both the Goodyear Blimp and the Weather Channel Blimp. She also rode with the Red Baron flight demonstration team. She wishes she could learn to love sushi, carry a tune and stay up late enough to watch Letterman.
